Tomorrow’s Warriors is an award-winning live music/creative producer and leading provider of music education and professional development with an enviable track record of success over 27 years working nationally and internationally with some of the most exciting, most diverse new, emerging and established jazz artists in the UK.
We exist to help gifted and talented young jazz musicians who face disadvantage overcome the barriers to fulfilling their potential. We achieve this by providing access to inspirational mentors and creative opportunities that enable them to achieve artistic excellence and build successful, sustainable careers.
Led by our award-winning founders – artistic director, Gary Crosby OBE and Chief Executive, Janine Irons MBE FRSA – we create and produce a diverse annual programme ranging from concerts and tours for established professional bands/orchestras to workshops and showcases for young musicians in partnership with an extensive network of local, national and international arts/educational organisations, commercial producers, venues, promoters and festivals.
We believe in a world where opportunities for participation, ownership and leadership in music and the arts are available to all.
We aim to inspire, foster and grow a vibrant community of artists, audiences and leaders who together will transform the lives of future generations by increasing opportunity, diversity and excellence in and through jazz.
With ongoing residencies at Southbank Centre and Rich Mix in London, we deliver a unique programme comprising learning & participation, artist development and professional performances, with more artistic/educational residencies coming on stream in 2018/19.
