The Collective is our specialist year-long jazz development programme blazing a trail for young women and girls aged 15-25 years old.
Designed by leading female jazz talent and entirely focussed on the next generation of female jazz musicians, The Collective builds a supportive community dedicated to closing the gender gap, providing world-class mentoring, weekly development sessions, 1:1 support, and masterclasses that help them unlock their creativity and grow successful futures in music.
