Tomorrow’s Warriors is a leading talent development agency, creative producer, music educator and consultancy specialising in jazz. We have a track record of success over 28 years working nationally and internationally with some of the most exciting, most diverse new, emerging and established jazz artists in the UK.

Co-founded in 1991 and led by Gary Crosby OBE and Janine Irons MBE, we nurture nascent talent and help aspiring artists discover their magic, achieve creative ambitions, and build engaged, diverse audiences.

We create and produce a
 diverse annual programme ranging from concerts and tours for established professional bands/orchestras to workshops and showcases for young musicians in partnership with an extensive network of local, national and international arts/educational organisations, commercial producers, venues, promoters and festivals. Our in-demand, award-winning talent development programme has been described by Gilles Peterson as “Britain’s Berklee”.

The Role


We are seeking a confident, highly-organised, experienced Administrator/Executive PA with excellent practical and soft skills to provide first class administrative support to our CEO and Senior Management Team. You will be comfortable working in a busy, creative environment (often with tight deadlines), be able to demonstrate a high level of integrity and confidentiality, and be super-competent in administration.

You will have solid experience in, and absolutely LOVE admin, office systems and data management, negotiating utility/service contracts, developing/implementing administrative processes, working with databases and spreadsheets, helping the SMT prepare budget, data and narrative reports for funders and supporters, and the such like.

You will join a team of dedicated professionals passionate about music and the arts, diversity and equality, and committed to helping the organisation achieve its mission.

Candidates must be fully conversant with Microsoft Office 365, an advanced user of Microsoft Excel (especially pivot tables and linked spreadsheets), and have good knowledge and understanding of CRM databases. Candidates must have all necessary authorisations to live and work in the UK.

The successful applicant will be based at our offices in Harrow, NW London. Our nearest station is Harrow & Wealdstone – 14 mins on the fast train from London Euston mainline, plus good connections with Clapham/Willesden/Watford Junctions. The Bakerloo line also terminates here.
