ADMINISTRATOR/EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT | Full Time | £35k + pension
Working closely with our founders – the Chief Executive and Artistic Director – and our Chief Operating Officer, you will support the leadership team to manage busy schedules and carry out their work effectively which spans everything from business planning, artistic programming, talent development and HR to fundraising, marketing and public relations. You will also manage the office, set up and manage effective systems to enhance productivity and provide general administrative support to the team and Board. You will be hardworking, proactive, resourceful, flexible, calm under pressure and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR | Full Time | £30k + pension
Working closely with our Head of Development, Chief Executive and Chief Operating Officer, you will support the implementation of the organisation’s fundraising strategies. You will be responsible for the effective administration of researching, building and maintaining donor and client databases and work on many aspects of development including fundraising events, corporate partnerships, individual giving, public and private grant funding, delivering against targets and helping to ensure the sustainability and growth of Tomorrow’s Warriors.
