Very excited about our gig tonight at London’s iconic Battersea Power Station where Tomorrow’s Warriors, led by pianist and musical director, Peter Edwards will be providing the musical entertainment for a glittering party to celebrate the publication of the Evening Standard’s The Power 1000: London’s Most Influential – the newspaper’s annual list of the most influential people in the capital.
Our directors – Gary Crosby OBE and Janine Irons MBE – are among the guests invited to this star-studded event, as is London’s Mayor Boris Johnson, guest speaker at what will be the last major party to be held at Battersea before the site is redeveloped as a 39-acre residential and office complex.
A fabulous opportunity for Tomorrow’s Warriors to showcase some of their most gifted and talented young musicians, and testament to the sheer quality and leadership of our development programme.
Fantastic. I wish I could be there! Best wishes everybody.
