A hugely proud day for everyone in the Tomorrow’s Warriors family as our Co-Founder Gary Crosby is made an Honorary Member of the Royal Academy of Music, an honour which is limited to 300 outstanding musicians who did not attend the Academy.
This years honours from the Academy also saw pioneering musician, producer and visual artist Brian Eno will receive an honorary degree (Hon DMus).
“I’d like to thank the Royal Academy of Music for making me an Honorary Member. The list of musicians, past and present, who have been recognised in this way is truly awe-inspiring and it is a privilege to stand in their company.
I hope, as we continue to support future generations of jazz musicians through Tomorrow’s Warriors, that this very kind recognition from the Royal Academy helps to inspire the creative journeys of some of the incredible young artists in our musical family.” Dr Gary Crosby OBE, Hon RAM
