Marketing & Communications Manager
Working closely with our Head of Communications, SMT and the CEO, you will develop and implement effective marketing and communication strategies, create and deliver campaigns to promote Tomorrow’s Warriors’ activities across the learning and artistic programmes and events, fundraising campaigns, partnerships, outreach and special projects.
Data Manager
You will be responsible for developing, maintaining and managing quality stakeholder data that will underpin our programmatic, fundraising and marketing activity. This role is also responsible for providing in-depth reporting, analysis and insight. Supporting our income generation, communications and talent development teams, the role will be instrumental in turning insight into action.
Executive Assistant/Administrator
Working closely with our founders – the Chief Executive and Artistic Director – and our Chief Operating Officer, you will support the leadership team to manage busy schedules and carry out their work effectively which spans everything from business planning, artistic programming, talent development and HR to fundraising, marketing and public relations. You will also manage the office and provide general administrative support to the team and trustees. You will be hardworking, proactive, resourceful, flexible, calm under pressure and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
Production Coordinator
You will work across our Learn & Train programmes and Artistic Programme supporting a wide range of exciting projects, including workshops/performances for young people and concerts and tours by professional artists across the UK in collaboration with our artistic, educational and corporate partners. You will be responsible for ensuring every performance is properly advanced to enable us to deliver our activities at the highest professional and artistic level.
Development Coordinator
Working closely with our Head of Development, Chief Executive and Chief Operating Officer, you will support the implementation of the organisation’s fundraising strategies. You will be responsible for the effective administration of researching, building and maintaining donor and client databases and work on many aspects of development including fundraising events, corporate partnerships, individual giving, public and private grant funding, delivering against targets and helping to ensure the sustainability and growth of Tomorrow’s Warriors.
