Tomorrow’s Warriors Presents Live at the Albany with Romarna Campbell

Romarna Campbell is a drummer, composer and producer from Birmingham. Music is at the heart of everything that Romarna does, with a particularly great hip hop and jazz influence. She has performed worldwide with many people, including Courtney Pine, Billy Childs, Soweto Kinch and more, as well as led her own projects with many of her peers and friends. Having released her 25th Birthday project – 25 songs for each year – she is now back in the studio working on a debut EP.

LIVE: SUNDAY 25TH JULY, 7:30pm
See Romarna with Mutale Chashi on bass, Cenk Esen on keyboards and Mariam Rezaei on turntables.

With alumni including Moses Boyd, Nubya Garcia and Ezra Collective, renowned talent developer Tomorrow’s Warriors is known for pushing the boundaries in jazz, and we’re excited to be presenting the next generation of hotly tipped artists in partnership with the Albany. This series is a celebration of young talent supported by PRS Foundation & Arts Council England’s Culture Recovery Fund.
