Summer Runnings 2023 is nearly here – our FREE season of workshops, masterclasses and jams for young musicians aged 11-25 will be taking place at the Southbank Centre, London on 26-30 July and 3-6 August.
We’ve got so many of our incredible alumni and the Warriors community supporting us this year, with workshops from Blue Lab Beats, Joe Armon-Jones, Oscar Jerome, Colectiva, Cassie Kinoshi, Camilla George, Jazz Jamaica, Binker Golding, Pyjaen, Cherise, and many more!
Plus we’ve got a special Music Industry Day and a BIG Summer Showcase outside on the Riverside Terrace at the Southbank.

Fri 4 August: Don’t forget to sign up for the Music Industry Day, a day of talks covering everything you need to develop and survive in the music industry, from getting gigs, marketing, mental health for musicians, understanding publishing and more. The day will feature workshops and panels from experts across the industry including Decca, Moses Boyd, PRS, Musicians Union and Jazz Re:freshed to name a few!
Sat 5 August: Get ready!!! Tomorrow’s Warriors is bringing the Summer Runnings Showcase to the Riverside Terrace at Southbank Centre. With live bands and a jam in the sunshine, Tomorrow’s Warriors is showcasing some of the very best young jazz musicians from their renowned talent development programme. Come and hang!
